I love ambrosia. Very easy to make, and delicious.
20 oz can of pineapple chunks, drained
14.5 oz jar of Maraschino cherries, drained
11 oz can of Mandarin oranges, drained
8 oz Sour cream
10.5 oz Pastel mini marshmallows
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1. Combine fruit in a large bowl .
2. Stir in sour cream until coated.
3. Fold in marshmallows and coconut.
4. Cover and chill overnight.
