Crockpot Hashbrown Casserole

This is a good breakfast potluck dish.

Ingredients

2lb hash browns (depending on crockpot size, can add another pound)
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 can Cream of Chicken
1 bag diced onions
1 can french fried onions (or 2 cans)
1 pint sour cream
1 stick of butter

Depending on the size of the crockpot, you can add another pound of hash browns. If you do, I suggest adding another can of Cheddar Cheese soup and another can of Cream of Chicken (or mushroom) soup.

Directions

1. Mix everything together.

2. Place in crockpot.

3. Cook 4 hours on high, 6-8 low
