1 small package of pistachio Jello instant pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
8 oz. Cool Whip (not house brand)
10oz bag of miniature marshmallows (I like the multi-colored ones)
10 oz maraschino cherries, cut in half or left whole
Small can of mandarins, drained
1/2 cup chopped nuts or pecans
1 sliced banana
1 bag shredded coconut
1. Mix dry pudding in pineapple and juice.
2. Add Cool Whip and marshmallows.
3. Of the alternate ingredients, I like to add maraschino cherries, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut.
4. Mix everything well.
5. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
